My name is Elia and I am a researcher interested in public policy analysis that affects women and children living in developed and developing countries. I currently work at Loyola Marymount University on a state-wide evaluation of the California Reducing Disparities Project Phase II. I have worked at international organizations that include the World Bank, UNICEF, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the International Labour Organization.
